today i benched..started slow but ended up decent.115x10,135x8,155x6,185x8,.,,190x5,.,..225x2..which is nice..most ive done in couple yrs .so my strength is getting there slowly. then did cg bp with open grip.15x8,135x8 2 sets...3 sets flies to stretch it out a little...4 set chest support rows...6-8 resps each it was good today..just like getting stronger i reallt do and its hardewr at age 45....see ya.
