mondays suck but..love squats

trained squats today and it well...did 135x8,185x5, 225x2, 245,255x1 each..actually wrapped knees for final three sets and it felt good..knees have hurt a little lately. when should one wrap anyway???max only or as needed..ill be sore tomorrow of course...look forward to squats next week, cause i love doin them.....fyi..ive doubled this lift in the past 18 months since starting over last feb2009...so im satisfied for the most part..doubled all major lifts really...hope to continue ...///. will try deadlifts maybe thursaday or friday if im not too sore all week..being 45 it takes longer to recover....need to improove eating again still etc....improve..lol...just wanna squat 3 plates and pull 4 plates and bench 275....its possible.
