mondays suck but..love squats
trained squats today and it well...did 135x8,185x5, 225x2, 245,255x1 each..actually wrapped knees for final three sets and it felt good..knees have hurt a little lately. when should one wrap anyway???max only or as needed..ill be sore tomorrow of course...look forward to squats next week, cause i love doin them.....fyi..ive doubled this lift in the past 18 months since starting over last feb2009...so im satisfied for the most part..doubled all major lifts really...hope to continue ...///. will try deadlifts maybe thursaday or friday if im not too sore all week..being 45 it takes longer to recover....need to improove eating again still etc....improve..lol...just wanna squat 3 plates and pull 4 plates and bench 275....its possible.

today i benched..started slow but ended up decent.115x10,135x8,155x6,185x8,.,,190x5,.,..225x2..which is nice..most ive done in couple yrs .so my strength is getting there slowly. then did cg bp with open grip.15x8,135x8 2 sets...3 sets flies to stretch it out a little...4 set chest support rows...6-8 resps each it was good today..just like getting stronger i reallt do and its hardewr at age 45....see ya.

hell i can view my own blog who cares....bench press....barx12,135x10,185x8 very nice..205x4, 135x8, cg 135x8,6.... 95x10, 2 sets pumped.....not bad for me anyway..just wanna bench 300 someday.peter and julian worked out too and did very well, getting stronger than me soon..damn..pulldown front...5 sets 8010 reps.....3 sets rope stiffarm pulldowns...stretch really..treadmill 10 minutes only..more on monday..thats all folks not impressive...

barbecues a burnin
in da hood....seems like neighbors are back to grilling and playing obnoxiously loud 70s r and b. means my lawn will be littered with cheap beer bottles etc. cause dats how they roll in dis hood yo...[pigs...course polic ewont come around to keep it quiet cause they afraid of their shadows here in pfield. also gotta..lost that thought, fuk it. so im stuck here listening to this noise wishing i was far away from here. hopefully gangbangers wont shoot each other this evening..otherwise sirens all nite..love the suburban ghetto/hood...keepin it real..real stoopid.
